What does no&si do?
no&si is a graphic design and creative studio. We design brand identities, packaging, decks and websites, and build the social media, marketing, AI content and copy around them.
Do you work with brands anywhere?
Yes. The studio works with brands worldwide. Briefs, calls and reviews all happen online, so where you are does not change how we work.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted on its brief. Send it and we'll come back with a plan and a quote.
What happens after I send the brief?
We read it, ask anything that is missing and come back with a plan and a quote. Once you say sí, we book the start date.
Can I book just one thing?
Yes. Every service on the menu can be booked on its own, from one deck to a full brand.
Can I mix services?
Yes. Most briefs do. Add everything you need to your brief and we plan it as one project. Bundles of 2 or more services get a discount.
How long does a brand identity take?
Mini Brand and Full Brand take about 2 weeks. Master Brand takes 8 to 10 weeks because it starts with research and a full-day strategy workshop.
What do I get at the end?
Final files in every format you need, plus guidelines where the package includes them. You own the final work.
How many revisions are included?
Mini Brand and Full Brand include one round of revisions. Master Brand includes two. Extra rounds can be added to any project.
Can you work with my existing logo?
Yes. We can design new work around your current identity, or refresh it if it is holding you back.
Do you prepare print-ready files?
Yes. Packaging, labels, menus and printed pieces are delivered as print-ready files.
How many posts a month?
It depends on the package: from 12 posts a month on Little Help up to 75 on the Í package.
Who writes the captions?
We do, in your brand voice. You approve the calendar before anything goes live.
Do you post for us?
Yes. Management packages include scheduling and posting, plus monitoring and engagement.
What's in a monthly report?
Performance across your channels, what it means and what we recommend for next month.
Will it look fake?
Not when it is art directed. Every image is planned, made and checked by designers against your brand before you see it.
What do you need from me?
Clear photos of your products, your brand files and a short brief on where the images will be used.
Where can I use the images?
On your website, social media, email and print. We confirm usage for each project in the plan.
